You and TheTwoDivasGPT are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and TheTwoDivasGPT. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of TheTwoDivasGPT. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the TheTwoDivasGPT program. For privacy and for protection of all marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes, but is not limited to, use of all images, ideas, text, terms or any other information I would consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

TheTwoDivasGPT will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the TheTwoDivasGPT program, even if TheTwoDivasGPT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, TheTwoDivasGPT aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with TheTwoDivasGPT and may result in legal prosecution. TheTwoDivasGPT strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as I will cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. TheTwoDivasGPT may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups will be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. TheTwoDivasGPT will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

At TheTwoDivasGPT, I strive to develop innovative services to better serve my users. I recognize that privacy is an important issue, so I design and operate my services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information I gather when you use TheTwoDivasGPT's services, as well as some of the steps I take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information I ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, age, physical address or email address.

TheTwoDivasGPT collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. I use this information to operate, develop and improve my services.

Some of my services require you to register for an account. TheTwoDivasGPT asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, age, address, phone number, email address, paypal account and a password for your account) and I will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as my advertising programs, wImay request credit card or other payment information, which I maintain in encrypted form on my server.

You may opt in to my e-mail list when joining. You can also unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email or by requesting to be removed. I do not sell your information and the only thing you will receive from me are updates regarding the site or information about offers listed on the site.

Upon your first visit to TheTwoDivasGPT, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

I use cookies to improve the quality of my service and to better understand how people interact with me. TheTwoDivasGPT does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access the site.

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some of TheTwoDivasGPT features or services may not function properly without cookies.

I will not sell, disclose or lease my members personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency.  While I do not share your personal information as a member of TheTwoDivasGPT, if you are caught frauding or cheating TheTwoDivasGPT and your account is terminated by TheTwoDivasGPT, for those reasons then your Information can be shared with other Site owners to help prevent fraud. Your information will also be provided to advertisers at their request if you are found guilty of fraud.

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. I expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, I will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, I will also provide a more prominent notice on my News Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.

Users must be at least 18 years of age or older. You are required to add your birthday in your profile. Your account earnings will not be paid unless your profile is complete with all required information.

Members must provide valid information at all times during their membership.

Any user found to have alot of reversals or found to be duplicating credit card offers will have their account disabled and all earnings forfeited.

Users may not create more than one account per person - You may not open more than one account per household/ip without written permission. Before permission will be given you will have to provide proper identification.

Any users found to be sharing address, payment option, or ip or any other information will be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.

Logging into someone else's account or using someone else's computer can be reason for your account to be put on hold.

At any time TheTwoDivasGPT can ask for identification for proof of person before submitting payment. If you do not provide identification your account will be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.

All accounts must have a valid telephone number listed on their account. It can not be a fax line, a voicemail only line, disconnected number or any other sort of invalid phone number. I must be able to call the number and have a real person answer.

In order to be paid, your account must be ID verified.  That means I must receive some form of ID that has your name, address, and age on it for you to receive your payment. **This has been changed.  I will only request ID if I suspect fraud or if something doesn't look right on your account.

If your account is not verified at the time payments are processed then your request for payment will be denied. ***ID is now NOT required unless I suspect fraud or if something doesn't look right on your account.

Any users found to be flaming or otherwise making derogatory remarks regarding TheTwoDivasGPT can be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.

At times there may be reasons in which I need to pay you by other means. You will be given your options at that time.

All payments will start being processed no later than the 30th of the month.  **I am a Daily Cashout site now.  However, trial offers will only be paid on a Net 30 basis.

For example : You earn $86 between October 1 and October 31st you will be paid around November 30th.  **This is how cost or trial offers will be paid.  Otherwise, this site is a Daily Cashout Site and will be paid within 24 hours.

You have the right at any time to request your account to be closed and money paid to you.  Your payout will go out the following month after closing your account along with regular scheduled payments. So if you close your account in April you will be paid around May 31st.  You must still meet the minimum amount required to cashout in order to get paid.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or given to any other person other than the original user. Any person found to break this rule will be indefinitely suspended.

TheTwoDivasGPT is responsible for all offer crediting. Do not contact the advertisers regarding offer crediting. If it is found that you are contacting advertisers or publishers regarding crediting to your account on TheTwoDivasGPT your account will be terminated and all monies forfeited.

Users must provide their own correct and accurate information when trying any offers. Users may not use fraudulent, fake or someone else's information when doing offers. Doing so can cause the leads to be reversed by the advertiser and will result in your account being closed.

TheTwoDivasGPT does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit, the user may request manual credit by supplying a confirmation email from the offer. TheTwoDivasGPT does not guarantee credit after a manual credit request is posted.

TheTwoDivasGPT  is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any other contractual agreement of any offers listed on this site as I have no control over them. I strongly suggest that users carefully and completely read all the terms and conditions associated with each offer before completing it.

TheTwoDivasGPT has the right to deny payment for any legitimate reason, disable any account for any legitimate reason, or change the terms at any time.  All updates will be posted here.
